About Sydney Sage, Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

Full-time life coach, traveler, yogi, cat mom, bookworm, writer, self-improvement junkie, and down-to-earth outdoor lover.

Hi! I’m Sydney Sage, a professional certified life coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation at the 2nd level (PCC).

My favorite passions & hobbies include yoga, meditation, painting, reading, writing, hiking, white water rafting, traveling, girl’s nights, cooking, dancing, singing, and spontaneous road trips.

My values are personal growth, spirituality, sustainability, nature, community, freedom, and peace.

I was born in California but was raised all over the Western half of the United States. We settled in Idaho through my teen years and I’ve been there on and off ever since.

Back in 2018 when I was 25 years old as I was on track to enter the medical field in my early/mid-20s an ad popped up for health coaching on my laptop one day.

I realized that although I wanted to help people, the medical field was not the route I wanted to help people through. I wanted to help people in a social context; through a helping profession; which took me over a decade to realize!

I am enrolled in therapy school to become a Mental Health Counselor in addition to a Life, Career, & Health Coach because I’m passionate about mental health. Having a therapist throughout my 20s and 30s was life-changing.

So I switched careers at 27, hired my first life coach, and became a life coach myself in 2020. My coaching career has helped me grow so much. Clarity on what I wanted to do for work and what on earth my life’s purpose is has been a huge journey for me, which is why one of my specialties is career coaching.

My two other specializations are work/life balance coaching and health coaching.

I also am a very spiritual person, non-denominational and I support whatever spiritual/religious affiliations you may have.

The belief in a higher power is very important to me and adds a depth and richness to life like nothing else can.

If we share this value of a belief in a higher power (even if it’s in a different way), that is going to do wonders for our work together. If spirituality is something you’d like more of in your life, this is also something that I can help you with.

Most commonly, my clients are women and men 20s to 40s who want to work on health, career, and work/life balance goals.

I’ve also worked with coaching clients from all over the world, including the US, Australia, South Africa, South America, and Europe. The ages of people I have worked with vary from age 11 all the way up to 64!

These are people from all walks of life, from HR workers, homesteaders, healers, rare disease specialists, non-profit leaders, CEOs, BLM workers, entrepreneurs, nurses, web developers, veterans, and so many more.

I have a passion for helping men and women do work they love, be healthy, and balance work & life. I also help teens with confidence, clarity on their future careers, and relationships.

If coaching interests you (or your teen), then I welcome you to book a coaching chat so we can see if we click! I will be asking you questions about your top 1-3 goals in the next 6-12 months and then you are welcome to ask me any questions about how coaching works to see if coaching is the best next step for you.
