Great question! Life coaching is a broad term that supports you in any area of life. I specialize in health coaching (supporting you in creating sustainable self-care, nutrition, and wellness habits) and career coaching (helping you find clarity, confidence, and direction in your work). Since health and career are often deeply connected, I bring both together in a holistic way - so you can feel good in your body and thrive in your work. You’re welcome to work on any other life areas in coaching too, such as spirituality, relationships, or personal growth.
How much does life coaching cost?
I believe coaching should be accessible to everyone, so I offer sliding scale pricing based on your budget. My standard rate is [$150 per session], but clients may choose a rate that works for their financial situation. This keeps support flexible while ensuring you still receive the full value of professional, ICF-certified coaching.
Do you offer a free coaching session?
Yes! I always offer a free sample session so you can experience what coaching feels like before committing. This helps you decide if we’re a good fit and gives you clarity on your next steps.
Do you only meet online, or can we meet in person?
I work with clients worldwide through virtual sessions (Google Meet or phone call). For clients in Boise, Idaho, I also offer in-person sessions upon request.

I primarily work with women and female-identifying individuals who want to feel better in their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and find career clarity. Many of my clients are seeking more balance, fulfillment, and confidence - without burning out or living life on autopilot.

Typically, we’ll start by checking in on your goals, figure out exactly what you want in the session, then use a mix of coaching questions, somatic awareness, and mind-body tools like visualization or parts work. We’ll end with clear takeaways and action plans to carry you forward into your week.
How long do people usually work with you?
I typically support clients with longer-term support (6 months) to create deep, lasting transformation. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels right for you.
