“I’m not sure I can afford coaching right now.”
💬 I get it - investing in yourself can feel scary. When I hired my first Life Coach back in 2020, I had to have THREE calls with her before I said yes because I was so scared. Three months in though, my life was already so much better.

Don’t think of this as getting into more debt; think of this as an investment that’s going to pay off in multiple ways. But it’s also what helps create lasting change. I offer flexible payment plans and options for different budgets (from $200/month to $800/month). Let’s talk and find something that works for you.

“I don’t know if I have the time.”
💬 Time is precious - and that’s exactly why we’ll create sustainable habits or career changes that give you more freedom & time, not less. Coaching sessions are 60 minutes, and I help you focus on what matters most. If time is something you want more of in your life, that is something we can coach around.

“What if my partner doesn’t support this?”
💬 Coaching is about honoring your growth and needs. I can help you navigate conversations with loved ones so they understand why this matters to you and how it can positively impact your relationship and life. If your partner wants to have a call with me to feel more at ease, that is a possibility.

“I’ve tried other things before and nothing worked.”
💬 This is fair. What makes this different is the holistic approach: we combine evidence-based ICF coaching with emotional, spiritual, and nervous system support. We address root causes - not just surface-level symptoms, and figure out sustainable ways for following through.
