Can A Life Coach Help You Become Healthier?

Yes!

In most cases with my life coaching clients, almost everyone I have talked to actually knows how to be healthy or what specifically they need to do to get healthier.

Where the magic of life coaching comes in is that we can help you become consistent with those things you know you should be doing but aren’t doing. And that’s okay! No need to shame yourself for not being consistent with your health goals, we all deal with it at some point or another.

Some of my clients have reported the following habits they know that make them healthier:

  • Drinking more water

  • Meal planning before heading to the store

  • Exercising consistently

  • Participating in mindfulness practices that reduce stress and increase peace - such as journaling, yoga, & meditation

  • Putting themselves first and having better work/life balance

  • Using the Cycle Syncing method to heal PMS, cramps, mood swings, PCOS, and endometriosis

  • And more

So in short, yes, life coaches can help people become healthier by helping clients hold themselves accountable toward healthy habits, routines, and goals. Life coaches can also help you get curious about what’s in the way, how to move through it, and what sort of rewards you’d like to set for yourself when you reach a goal or become consistent with a desired habit you know will be good for you.

We also understand that life will keep life-ing, and so we help you stick with it no matter what life might be trying to throw at you.

I am not a certified health coach, but I do have extensive knowledge on healthy eating, exercise, natural products, and healing women’s reproductive issues. If health is a topic of importance to you, there is space to ask questions and learn more about how you can become a healthier version of yourself.

If you’re finding yourself inconsistent with desired health routines and habits, book a free consultation call with me below and we can see if I can help you!
