How to Start and End Your Day at Peace
My my how good it feels to start and end the day peacefully and intentionally by doing things that feel good as beginning and end caps of our days!
Lately, some of the topics in coaching sessions have centered around routines, specifically morning and evening routines.
Starting and ending our day with intention and mindfulness can truly be life-changing because it sets the tone for our days and how we want to feel.
I handle things throughout my day much better when I have done my morning routine.
It's also a simple, consistent way to show ourselves love.
I personally love to start with a walk first thing to get the sunlight. It wakes me up and gives me a lot more energy for the day because it tells my circadian rhythm that it’s time to be awake.
Then I do some yoga with Kassandra off YouTube, give myself some reiki, journal, then go through my to-do list and get back to messages.
I might pull an Oralce card and pray on my struggles and desires too.
I love ending the day with a warm bath, reading, bedtime yoga, and journaling.
